By downloading or using any Studio93.cc app, or by using our website (studio93.cc), you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please uninstall the app and discontinue use of our website.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our apps for personal or internal business purposes.

3. In-App Subscription Terms

• Billing: Handled through Apple's in-app purchase system.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellations & Refunds: Managed in accordance with Apple's policies.

4. Email Subscription Terms

By subscribing to our mailing list, you agree to receive marketing communications and updates about our projects and app releases.

• Opt-In: Subscription is voluntary and requires your explicit consent.
• Unsubscribe: You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by contacting us at me@charliecourtenay.co.uk.
• Frequency: We will send emails periodically with updates about new app releases, features, and company news. We will not spam you or share your email address with third parties.
• Service Provider: Email subscriptions are managed through Kit (ConvertKit), a third-party email marketing service. Your email address will be processed in accordance with their privacy policy and our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app.
• Circumvent payment or licensing mechanisms.
• Use the app for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in the app and its content belong to Studio93.cc or its licensors. You acquire no ownership rights.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months or £50, whichever is lower. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the developer’s local jurisdiction.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms. Continued use after updates signifies acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email.
